I am thinking it will be 3 Nc3 and if it goes into the King’s Indian, the main lines and the Bayonet Attack with 9 b4.
If black plays 3…d5 looking for the Grunfeld, then perhaps it will be 4 cxd5 Nxd5 5 h4. This was covered in Cummings but that was more than a few years ago now.
